DescriptionMr. Posey was a Lieutenant in the Kentucky State Police when he taught the first Law Enforcement class of 47 members in the Gibson Building at EKU. In this interview Posey discusses how and why the Law Enforcement program began. He reflected on the problems it faced, which were not many, and the funding it received. Something misunderstood about the College of Law Enforcement was it was not created by the LEAA; the program was created by EKU.
