She (and Dave Stefanic) discuss more of the history of the Kentucky "Saddle Hoss", a horse term that commonly referred to Kentucky Riding Horses. She also comments on her research on the role that Saddle Horses played when settling the region. Her research ultimately led to the July 2017 Governor's proclamation that officially made July the month of the Kentucky Mountain Saddle Horse.
