DescriptionFormer Kentucky Governor Louie B. Nunn comments on the ways that he and his administration approached KET's development and funding. Governor Nunn shares his administration reasoning for supporting a Democratic initiative as a Republican governor; his reasons being, the investments had already been made and the educational advantages outweighed the disadvantages. He chose to lend his support yet stay out of its affairs as best he could to avoid appearing as if he was politicizing the network. He also comments on KET funding and the state's bureaucratic influences that KET must navigate to remain functional.
