In this interview, C. L. Glasscock Jr. details his family background, education, and employment history before moving on to discuss his reasons for entering into public service in Spencer County. He then comments on his preference for the Judicial Referendum and the various advances the county has experienced since he enter into service, which includes an expanded library system. Glasscock also concludes that Spencer County residents need more recreational opportunities.
