Thelma Whitlock, a Kentucky native, discusses her education, her teaching career and the successful Model Lab School program. Mrs. Nancy Miller, a Tennessee native, came to EKU in 1930 to teach in the English Department. She would later work in the library, where she created the Learning Resource Center. Miller recalls her relationships with co-workers, students, and student teachers in the interview.
